I LOVE THE CHARACTERS IN MONSTER! they're so fun and interesting, and the chemistry between them feels so natural. i think not having to deal with dialogue tags really forced me to rethink my dialogue in terms of having characters be expressive. it was a really fun and unique challenge to work around.
i'm so glad you liked the two main characters c: i think some of Avelyn is definitely inspired by a certain online friend i have who's extremely proficient at video games and very dependable but tends to be a little quiet.
