My recently published book, A MORE PERFECT UNION, ISBN 979-8993476438, appears in your database associated with my name, ELLIOTT D. LIGHT. Only one other book is associated with that name even though I have other books listed in my profile. This may be because some of my books were published under the name ELLIOTT LIGHT.

Im confused. A More Perfect Union isn’t in the list. It is associated with a book in the list. The issue is probably because it’s under my name with the middle initial. This is the link to the missing book.

Is there a way to combine the author name variations under one profile.

That is because A More Perfect Union was published under Elliott D. Light and book records on Goodreads should reflect the information written on the book.

That means the book needs to be in the system under Elliott D. Light and it won’t allow us to add your actual author profile as an "additional author" for some reason.

Those two profiles can be merged together but you will have to contact Support for that. Only they can merge already claimed profiles.
