Jasmine Ariti This is so interesting, Rose! Thanks for letting us know that Nora Roberts has the Sensitivity Style of 2, and what that means. Wow!

Jasmine Ariti I tried a Nora Roberts' romance novel and a JD Robb novel, and neither one was for me, at all. I guess I'm not in ANY of her many audiences.

When new knowledge from Energy Spirituality® arrives, you pounce! As if you have an amazing kind of radar.

Thank you, Jasmine, for your leadership. Once again.

And yet you're an omnivorous, appreciative reader of books that have more to them.

Yay, you!

Barb Nelson I went through a period about ten or twelve years ago when I read a bunch of both Nora and JDRobb just because I was so curious about what makes her writing so enduringly popular. Like you, I prefer her writing as JDRobb, but I did enjoy some of her standalones from back in the 2000s. I’ve tried a few of her most recent books and couldn’t get past the first 2-3 chapters. If you want to try again, I think Black Hills, Angels Fall, Northern Lights, and a few others from that era are worth reading, especially if you have a day on a plane ahead of you. Astute observation about her lack of interest in her characters’ interior lives. Just in terms of mastery of sentences and plots, she is amazing, and also she has been a tireless advocate for her community. But I have to admit her more recent novels have not worked for me.
