Well I heard the legacy of gods series it’s pretty good (haven’t read it yet) and it somewhat takes place in a mafia setting

heyyyyy :) Indie author here! My latest release (that's not truly for purchase yet but is available as an ARC on BookSirens), Red, is very similar to what you described^. I do also recommend starting with the first book, Dandelion, for best reading experience, but you can read Red as a stand alone (the two do have interconnected plots). Dandelion isn't on Kindle Unlimited, but it is on Kobo, Everand, Hoopla, etc..

I read this book in April as a suggestion from a friend who got an early copy and I can't stop thinking about it. No idea when the author will release more, but I'm crazy obsessed with everything mafia and this book had the mafia background but total focus only on the couple. Is there anything like that I could read, the more the better, I've read most of the booktok hits so if there's indie authors you can suggest, I'd love you to the moon and back! Thank you so much!
