Hi I would recommend my debut book The Magic They Locked Away, it's a YA paranormal, dark fantasy book with a romantic subplot.

My dad is a Hungarian author and he was published in Hungary 15 years ago. He has a series: Great Chronicle Book, and the first book is published in English now too: Dream Labyrinth.
He illustrated the book himself (available in the printed version).
David need to save the dream world and with it our world too. There are friends who are helping include Eugen the talking mouse, Frigia the unusual unicorn, or Engus (who was written for me, heandsum and have a little romance with the female support character).
The books are enjoyable for young and older readers too.

My dad is Charles T Rose. He has 3 more books already translated (official english translator) and will be published during the year ( i just started to help him with all of this).
The book sold well in Hungary, with good reviews.

My very favourite about a fox: Vuk by István Fekete ( He wrote beautiful novels with animals and nature, maybe there are some English translation around)

My book came out in 2024. It touches on supernatural abilities, black magic, bullying, and identity.
It is in the romantasy category, a hugely popular and competitive genre!
