Dear God! I saw this on The Economist best of the year list, was interested in it and haven't been able to find it anywhere. I thought it wasn't published this side of the pond yet, all the book sites had it at $45 to send from overseas and it doesn't show up on Audible. Where did you find it?

Wow! I can’t wait to read this book. Growing up in (West) Germany, the Baader-Meinhof Group, or Red Army Faction (RAF) was such a huge part of our lives.

Ahh, thank you, on Amazon.com. I'm afraid I live in the world of Amazon.ca. And there's currently wild things that happen, re: updated custom charges, even within a two to three week delivery period, because of the tariffs and/or sometimes even delivery charges, even after Amazon indicates free shipping, which I note there's been a problem with via some sellers who are willing to ship this book. I'm sadly avoiding everything I have to ship from or through the US currently. (I first discovered this via my perfume hobby, not my reading or food products one.) I guess I will just wait for an audio version.

That must have been an interesting childhood! I didn't know super much about the RAF outside of Udi Edel's movie about them, so this was a nice little primer.
