Add Book to series [Done] > Likes and Comments

I need to add the book "The Castle in the Clouds" to The Stormfire Divide series as book 3. I thought that appending (Stormfire Divide #3) in the book title would attach the book, but it still doesn't seem to be attached to the series. Do I have to make a request here every time I release a new book to the series?
