Hi Jill,I may be slightly biased, since I wrote it. Sheep Classified may be worth a look if you are interested in recent dystopian and literary speculative fiction.
It is a 57,000-word novel crossing six eras and two thousand years, blending historical fiction, political satire, philosophy, time travel and British humour.

On the new-release side: The Memory Police (Yoko Ogawa, English edition 2019) has that same quiet, disappearing-world dread as Station Eleven. Sequoia Nagamatsu's How High We Go in the Dark is more episodic but hits the grief-after-catastrophe note, and if The Circle was your thing Eggers followed it with The Every in 2021 - same premise, turned up. For the boy-and-his-dog survival angle, The Book of Koli (M.R. Carey, 2020) is a good recent one - broken Britain, oral storytelling, no glamour.
Some of my favorite older ones are Station Eleven, A Boy and His Dog at the End of the World along with the classics. The Circle by Dave Eggers - This is a bit too current and not exactly a dystopian novel but definitely a future look at our society.
