Mark Holland Hello all, I would like to introduce my new book that was published last week.

Over the past 30 years I've written a lot of single chapters and some got as far as 3 or 4 chapters and suddenly I got writers block on most. I was published in the young poets of Derbyshire when I was 7 in 1992 and ever since then I wanted to create something more.

Roll back to last year when things with Doctor Who were up in the air and I was thinking to myself wouldn't it be good if this could happen.

That's when Denzel started. 11 months later and many late nights all wired with caffeine and my love of this plot I ploughed through.

90000 words later and 530 pages and 32 chapters book 1 of 3 is now out.

Denzel is a simple Derbyshire lad who works for planning and permits at the council. When he sees that his old history teachers house is up for demolition to make way for a new build full of mostely glass that causes even local birds to shiver, this is when he decides to step in.

Not knowing that deep in the basement there is a rift that somehow has been left hidden from most people for years...

What starts as travelling to put the dinner on when he's forgotten or the odd bet here and there then starts to get more frequent until the inevitable happens.

It's free to read on kindle unlimited and also on kindle itself for a low price.

If you get chance give it a read and let me know what you think.

Howard Loring I love everything Time Travel, much good luck to you...

Chester Hendrix Mr. Hammond -
Thank you for the spiel (I appreciate it as I did mine recently). I looked you up on Amazon and walked through the sample. Very.... intriguing!
I'm used to one or two characters in an ensemble speaking in quick, short one-liners... but *EVERYBODY*?
In fact the majority of your book (at least the posted sample) is *ALL* about one-liners... that was unorthodox to say the least. I'm anticipating a quick read - you sucked me in, sir, and I will be giving you a try now that I have purchased / downloaded. (ps - for US buyers, do not follow the link above - you can't buy stuff on Amazon.eu - go to your regular Amazon, search for 'Denzel: The Rift Hammond' and it'll pop right up)
Will be leaving a review and hope to find this thread again so I can drop it here as well.
Thank you!
