Thanks, Delcy. Yes, Frank has been overlooked by many people, but actually he's a very important part of Isabelle's story. Frank was never attracted to Isabelle in a sexual way. He was simply fascinated by her as a person and really enjoyed her company. For me, he's proof that good people really do exist and that karma works. He had no reason to help Isabelle or be so generous. He just thought she was a great girl.
