Doctor Who: Full CircuitDoctor Who: Short Circuits
These are the Big Finish contributions to the event starring Jo Martin as The Fugitive Doctor.
Doctor Who: Circuit BreakerTitan Comics collected edition won’t be available up until December (I think), but the individual issues will be released during the summer.
Doctor Who: The Deadliest WeaponAn audiobook from BBC audio, featuring Jo Martin, will also have an audible release.

Is this like Time Lord Victorious?
In the sense that it’s a multimedia event, yes. I don’t know if more than the Fugitive Doctor will appear or how similar the story will be, but in general, yes. This is the third time they’ve done kind of thing and they’ve each been three years apart. Seems like it could be one a thing. The other two were:

I had done a preorder for Doctor Who: The Deadliest Weapon: Circuit Breaker Audio Original which got unceremoniously and inexplicably canceled. Not sure what’s going on there.
I had done a preorder on Audible and haven’t gotten a notice it’s canceled yet but that sucks. It was the only thing for the event I was for sure getting because it seemed stand alone and I cannot focus my eyes at all to read physically anymore and the other books for these events don’t get audios. Side note on preorder cancellations also annoyed they cancelled the Doctor Who icons set two and instead are releasing them individually as I had preordered during a site wide sale for an amazing price.

I’ll be getting those, just waiting for the “right time.”
I’m waiting for reviews on BF or at least story details as nothing has been released beyond the basic full circuit breaker description for them. Deadliest weapon had a full specific story description already listed. The doom story for BF didn’t seem standalone so didn’t invest in that or any part of that event but did do the time lord victorious big finish stories.
I did enjoy the Time Lord Victorious stories, but Doom’s Day was not very good at all. And you are correct, they were not stand alone stuff, as the whole was, in essence, taking place over a 24 hour period with each hour represented by a different component of the crossover. That actually against the cohesion of the whole thing.
Victorious was decent, as it felt like you could just do the parts you wanted to.I only got the books and comics and had fun.
Doom's Day felt like you had to get everything and lord, was that comic story bad.
Gave me no interest in tracking down the rest.

I had ordered it through Amazon, the one that got canceled, I’ve since reordered it again from Amazon. And yes, I do hate giving Jeff Bozos more money, but I’ve had endless problems with preordering books from B&N. And the only new book store in my small town is one that is owned by conservative Christians. Capitalism is a no win scenario.

I’m glad you were able to reorder and no judgement here. I finally ditched prime but am very attached to Audible because it works the best with voiceover and I have a hard enough time with voiceover. I’m glad you were able to reorder but not surprised that Amazon is a mess and so frustrating but largely unavoidable. Late stage capitalism is a horror show we are all just trying to survive.
The only time I’ve had Prime is when they gave it to me for free as a university student. It was nice to not worry about having to order a minimum amount, but it’s usually not hard to come up with $35 to get free shipping.
So, the comic part of this is going to feature the Jo Martin Doctor.Nice to hear, except they are promoting it as the 'Doctor's first encounter with the Daleks!'
Unless an official declaration has been made that makes sense of her timeline, I'm dubious about that bit.

The whole Circuit Breaker series features Jo Martin, as The Fugitive Doctor. Unless someone comes along and changes the timeline, The Fugitive Doctor is an incarnation from before The (First) Doctor (originally portrayed by William Hartnell, and more recently by David Bradley). At some currently undisclosed point in her future, The Fugitive Doctor will use a Chameleon Arch to disguise herself and store all her current and previous memories into a pocket watch see the Flux serial and The Timeless Children and Fugitive of the Judoon specifically). It has been implied that the Doctor may have done this on multiple occasions (see Human Nature and The Family of Blood for the most recent) and there were even eight (8) previously unknown earlier incarnations of The Doctor revealed in the classic Who serial The Brain of Morbius, which may or may not have also been concealed by this same use of the Chameleon Arch or an additional one. I’ve not read it, but apparently there is a comic book story depicting how The Fugitive Doctor became a fugitive (Doctor Who: Origins).

But, this is all info given to us by either someone that has been mind wiped multiple times or manipulative liars.
It's all rumor and implication, and occasionally gets contradicted by the shows history.
I trust very little of the information, on top of disliking the retcon.
And the comic shows her becoming disillusioned with the group using her as an agent, but even then, it's vague.
Did like the companions it gave her.
I love the character, but it's hard to enjoy her side stories, as they all come with a huge, built in 'Yeah, but...?'

Some great clips, but as a selling point for circuit breaker, it's shaky.
There's a general air of 'some of this stuff will be in CB!', but not much past that.
Needed some narration or a tiny bit of new footage.
The first segment of the story is up on the UNIT HQ website. It has some interactive components to access the whole thing. Pretty simple, just pay attention to what you’re reading. CALLING THE DOCTOR, sets everything up and puts the narrative in motion. It also answers why some of those particular clips were used from the TV series for the YouTube video. Undoubtably, they plan to reveal more as the story progresses. So, I guess if you need to have all the answers up front, you’re going to be disappointed. That’s the fun of mysteries, watching them unravel.

An adventure that feels like a proper Doctor story
The overall arc doesn't feel too convoluted or hurt this comic standing on its own.
An explanation of why Osgood hasn't been seen in the newer UNIT appearances.
Jo Martin's hat. Very snazzy. Forgot about that.
The not so good:
UNIT knew about the fugitive Doctor...?
The general messiness of making the fugitive Doctor fit in continuity.
Love the character, but I'm gonna have to categorize her with the Cushing and Shaka Doctors: characters that exist in their own little timeline.
Only way to shut off the constant 'Yeah, but...?' in my brain when I read her adventures.
