What's the synopsis? It sounds interesting, but I can't find the synopsis on Goodreads.

Elvira wakes up in the hospital after a car crash that killed her parents. She's being stalked by a serial killer (unrelated to the crash) who's trying to kill her, but the FBI thinks SHE is the killer.
Lots of plot twists in this one. 😃
