Andrew Smith This is the book that I am the author of, and it has reviews already:

Handwritten: The Founding Story of Yuppiechef

But it looks like Amazon has created the Kindle version automatically here:
Handwritten: The founding story of Yuppiechef

https://www.amazon.com/gp/product/B0H...

Perhaps these two versions should be unified with the ASIN of B0H3SQJ6VC? I don't know the correct process to ask for.

♪ Kim N The two editions (paperback and kindle) have been combined.
If you wish, you can claim your author profile here.
You can learn more about the author program using the links on that page.

Andrew Smith Thank you Kim.

I already had an author profile, attached to the first book. When Kindle added the second book automatically it appeared to make a new author for that book, and when you merged the two books I'm not the author of either of the editions/books anymore. When I try claim that author profile, I'm told:

"Sorry, you are already in the author program as Andrew Smith and only one author profile may be claimed at a time."

I will keep trying, but perhaps you have a way of associating the newly merged book with my existing author profile?

message 4: by ♪ Kim N (new)

♪ Kim N Sorry about that, Andrew. You're posting from a normal User profile so I didn't realize you already had an author page. Please link to your existing author profile and I'll move your book to it.

Andrew Smith Can you help me find my author page?

Emily I think I figured it out.
Different people were working on each edition each time you wrote to Support or posted here.
It looks like you may have been assigned multiple profiles before this one due to the amount of staff involved and they didn't realize you'd already tried to get it fixed.

When there are no books on an author's profile, the system displays it as a user profile but also thinks it is still a claimed author profile.

It appears to be sorted now!

Andrew Smith Perfect! Thanks Emily.
