I agree. I was homeschooled as well (K-12) and had a positive experience that prepared me for college and life beyond. I now have four college degrees! 😆
However, I did know children growing up that were “homeschooled” in the way this book reflects. Also, it brought back memories of all the verbiage, reasoning, and legal issues that surrounded my upbringing in the 80s and 90s. I’ve since deconstructed from organized religion, and am trying to teach my child (who goes to school) things at home that she’s interested in as well. ☺️
