Add Book to Series > Likes and Comments

A double request for you good folks today - if you could please combine these two Goodreads pages (or just remove the one with zero reviews) that would be excellent.

I have combined the two editions (one paperback and the other kindle - and hence cannot be deleted)

Also added it to the series.
