Books are not assigned to my author profile > Likes and Comments

I need help understanding how to assign the books I've published to MY author account. I see my books; some do not have all the editions, some are old versions and the new versions are not listed, and I am getting so frustrated trying to figure this all out.

I have C-PTSD, and this system is making it worse. If someone would please help, I would truly appreciate it.

I will send a list of books (ISBNs, etc.) once I get someone willing to help me solve this and show me how to move forward with the knowledge required to create the listings myself.

Unfortunately, creating the listings yourself is probably not going to work out that well because of limitations and the (flawed) bots that automatically import information. It's hard to beat the bots, so we clean up after them instead. (Goodreads Librarians are volunteers who have nothing to do with site functionality.)

When there is more than one author with the same name, Goodreads may place extra space/s before the last name (only visible behind the scenes) to separate them. The Goodreads Author profile you are posting from has 3 spaces between your first and last names. The bots don't exactly know about this, so books often end up on the default profile for a name. Librarians move a lot of books. It's not a big deal for us, but I understand it's frustrating to see your titles on an author page that doesn't belong to you.

I have moved some books to your profile based off your author website. Let us know if something else needs fixing and please be specific and include links to the books on Goodreads.
