Hi, I'm a new author of a book called "Quiet Hearts: A Christian Contemporary Romance" on Amazon. I am interested in the service. How much do you charge to connect my book with readers who are interested in the genre?

Before focusing only on getting reviews, I’d suggest looking at the bigger goal: book visibility and discoverability.
If you can get your book in front of the right audience—readers who genuinely enjoy your genre and actively participate in book communities—you’re building something much more valuable than a review campaign alone.
Visibility → Readers → Conversations → Reviews → Sales → More Discoverability.
The key is actively getting your book into relevant Goodreads discussions, reader communities, lists, and conversations where your actual audience already spends time.
That’s what we’re trying to facilitate here at The 10K Author Community: not chasing reviews, but helping books find their readers.
If you’d like, tell me a little about your book and what you’re currently doing for visibility. I’d be happy to share some ideas.

Getting that right can put the book in front of the right readers, which can naturally lead to more engagement, reviews and sales.
We’ve used this approach successfully, helping a title reach Amazon Bestseller, Hot New Release and strong Goodreads Listopia rankings.
I noticed a few things with Quiet Hearts worth discussing. Feel free to message me — I’d be happy to share them.

Hi Olivia, welcome — and thanks for introducing *The American Translator*.
The combination of war, language, art, cultural identity, and the experience of moving between San Francisco and Iraq sounds like it could appeal to several different types of readers.
One thing I’d suggest is thinking beyond simply finding reviewers and identifying the Goodreads communities where those themes are already being discussed. Military and war literature is an obvious fit, but readers interested in cultural identity, translators and interpreters, Middle Eastern experiences, and cross-cultural stories may be equally relevant.
You might also look for Goodreads Listopia lists built around those themes and identify books that share some readership with yours. That can give you a much clearer picture of where your natural audience is.
If you tell us a little more about the book — particularly whether it is fiction, memoir, or narrative nonfiction — I’m sure members here can suggest some relevant reader communities and discovery ideas.
And if anyone here has read similar books, please jump in with recommendations for Olivia.

And welcome to the conversation! Since you raised the audience-building side of things, I’m curious what brought you to this discussion. Are you an author yourself, a reader/reviewer, or someone interested in helping authors with book discovery and promotion?
Either way, feel free to share your perspective. The more we can turn these discussions into authors and readers genuinely exchanging ideas and experiences, the more useful they become for everyone.
One thing I’ve noticed is that getting a book in front of readers and getting the right readers to care about it are two very different things.A lot of authors focus heavily on visibility posting more, joining more groups, running promotions but sometimes the bigger question is whether the book is being positioned around the reason a particular reader would actually want to pick it up.
Before increasing promotion, I think it’s worth asking: Who is this book really for, and what would make that reader immediately recognize it as something they want to read?
That distinction can make a huge difference in how an author approaches everything from their description and cover to Goodreads activity and outreach.

Hi everyone,
I'm Alexandra, and I work with independent authors who are looking to gain more honest reviews and increase their book's visibility.
If you're searching for reviewers, I offer a professional review outreach service that connects your book with readers who are genuinely interested in your genre.
My service is paid, but I do not sell reviews, pay readers to leave reviews, or guarantee positive ratings. Every review is completely voluntary and reflects the reader's own honest opinion after reading the book.
If you'd like to learn more about how the service works, feel free to comment below or send me a private message. I'll be happy to answer any questions.
Wishing everyone success with their books!
Alexandra
