Adding a book to my author page and combining formats > Likes and Comments

Hi, librarians! I just published my first book, "Emil's Day at the Beach" in two formats:
Paperback: ISBN 979-8-9969568-1-4
Hardback: ISBN 979-8-9969568-0-7

The hardback is claimed on my author profile, but the paperback is not.

1) Will you please add the paperback to my author profile, as well?
2) Will you combine the two so that there is only one listing for the book?

Lastly, there is another Elise North and I want to make sure we are not getting mixed up. It attributed all her books to me at first but I was able to remove them. I'm sure her books are great, we are just in very different genres (children's picture books for me and spicy adult fiction for her)
