Let’s not forget that the women were put on the farm for one purpose only. 🙄
Literally saw someone saying Elias Witherows female characters simply exist to be ràped, saved, and/or beaten is so true.
And finally someone mentioned the only character of color was a single dead beat druggy dad in the projects lmaooo
Every male character has the same reddit voice, except the one Black character who says sh*t and Chief a lot
"I seriously think Witherow has never felt the touch of a woman and it shows." That's brutal but damn, he does write like that. He writes like someone that does no understand emotional intimacy or emotional needs. Why would a woman who has had a miscarriage, suffered severe depression and just been raped want to have sex with anyone? I also think the main character having no reaction to his own rape was weird and emotionally tone-deaf.
