Can't claim book due to multiple authors with same name > Likes and Comments

I added my book "Rocky Mountain Fever" (ASIN B0HF34NY8V) under my pen name "CJ Smith". When I try to claim it, there is another author with the same pen name and the system wants me to claim all books under that name. How can I claim just my book? Thanks!
