What did you think? (I didn't even know the Giver had a book 2 lol) I remember reading the Giver in middle and loving the concept of it.
I have been listening to the giver series with my son. I remembered liking the giver as a kid, and we both liked the first one.
I was also surprised to find out it is a series and there are 3 more books. Our library had all of the audio books, and so far we have both been underwhelmed by the second and third books.
