The Earth Answered begins in a world where human magic is forbidden, the gods are far more complicated than the stories told about them, and nineteen-year-old Acacia Maelith is about to discover that nearly everything she believes about herself and her world is incomplete.
There’s magic, war, found family, ancient gods, morally complicated characters, romance, secrets, and quite a few decisions that don’t come with a clean right answer.
