We have the bipolar disorder diagnosis in common, so to some extent I can imagine what you've been through. Our journey is a personal and individual one, though, and it's useless to measure your own pain against someone else's. I can't wait to read your book.

Would reading this be triggering for someone who has or had POCD? I’m definitely interested in reading this, but I don’t want to latch onto thoughts.
