Thank you so much for pointing this out to me. I had no idea. I had only looked at amazon.com (US Version) and selected CAD for currency which only coverted the US price to CAD. I did in fact verify on amazon.ca that you are very much correct and it was completely out of my control. It seems to be a distribution issue between ingramspark (my distributer) and amazon in Canada and other countries. I have now fully resolved this issue by creating a separate Paperback copy exclusive to Amazon which should be live to order in the next day or so. You're welcome. I was a little shocked when I saw it. Now, there are some books that are astronicaly priced but I was on the US site first because that's the link you posted. The difference was, well, nuts! LolI did grab the kindle version but I'm partial to physical copies. I’ve bookmarked your site for future reference. 🙂
