No sign you read the book.
The comment carried profanity aimed at my readers, which is the line that gets you blocked. Argue with me all day and stay. Insult the people reading is where it ends, as most of them are mid-protocol and having a hard week because of it.
Now, you saw an advertisement selling the tactical layer because that is what stops a scroll. The book then runs the opposite order. Part I is diagnosis, Part II is 21 days of daily protocol work aimed at the identity underneath the behavior, and the influence material in Part III only arrives after that. The last chapter argues that no truer self is buried under the programming and that what you have is the ability to choose what replaces it.
For everyone else reading, notice his behavior, as it is the whole of Chapter 4. An advertisement entered this person's nervous system and changed his state without his permission, which the book calls bleeding. He then injected that state into a comment section, and when it was removed he opened an account on a books platform to inject it into strangers and collect their agreement, which the book calls feeding (his validation hunger). Between the two, several hours of his life were spent on a book he does not intend to read. Most people do this every day at lower volume, on group chats and comment sections, and never once notice why this book calls this 'the walking dead.'
Readers arrive here angry more often than anyone would feel comfortable with, and a good number of them write to me months later about how quiet the anger got after the protocols. Anger is usable when you aim it at your own patterns, and I ask for it, since it is the only fuel that reliably survives the protocols. Aimed at other readers, though, and it'll cost you the room.
