Kovin King I think this review is overly generous to the author, MA Franks - I found the bulk of the text of 'fearless Speech' to be a total fantasy - lacking any rigorously articulated or original material, certainly with little to no academic credibility and not even any anecdotal coherence to provide the slightest value in even just a cursory reading.
Perhaps Mr Davis had no option but to give it the minimum of 1 star.

Well-stated.

Dan Naegeli Thank you for the informative statement. I'm fascinated how much of the women's movement has been hidden from public conversation, such as your referencing the women's KKK acceptance and Steve Brule's expose` that such bigotry has been part of the women's supremacy movement since its inception.
As revelations such as yours is brought into the light, shared, discussed and made mainstream - then society can have an opportunity to evaluate their agenda and how best to proceed.

harry crouch Another tired blame it all on men missive rooted in fanciful gibberish. Thank you, Mr. Davis for making the world a better place for all of us by standing for truth and men. Harry Crouch, National Coalition For Men.

The KKK is very much a foundation of modern feminism. It was the KKK who promoted giving women the vote (to dilute black peoples' votes).

The KKK was founded by men from Scotland and Ireland who believed that men were only slaves to serve women. The Hollywood image of the KKK is completely phony. The KKK was a women's supremacy organization. They became the militant arm of the women's movement.Women of the Klan: Foundations of Modern Feminism

Harry Walton John, I also strongly disliked this book as a progressive. But surely you can’t deny that the majority of 1st Amendment jurisprudence historically favors white male violent actors. I don’t think this fact supports Frank’s arguments to the extent she believes, but it is undeniable.

And you think that women's abortion violence is not favored in First Amendment jurisprudence?

The reason you often see White Male jurisprudence is that women like her, Marxists, and women's supremacists, are constantly assaulting men's freedoms and rights.

Harry Walton Recent 1A jurisprudence, sure, you could make an argument. I think Franks’ point is that the precedent we beacon as foundational free speech wins are overwhelmingly decided in situations where white men are speaking violently. Similar situations with black or female actors previous to these lost despite similar legal claims. And in what world are you finding evidence for the position that women supremacists and marxists have historically had the systemic power to enact the kind of “assault” you’re claiming?

John Davis You don't think that slaughtering 90 million unborn babies since Roe v. Wade is an assault on fathers?

You don't think that 634 statutes making it a crime for men to have sex is a (metaphorical) assault?

You don't think arresting men for sex offenses, but not arresting women for sex offenses is an assault?

You don't think that forced military conscription of men is an "assault?"

I can go on.
