Ugh. Sounds like a new way for authors to game the Zon algo maybe?? I'm surprised this slipped through KDP review.
I'll be curious to see if the author does this at the end of the book as well - adds another "Chapter" before the last one to market herself/books/links.
Or...publishing screwed up the order of the front matter, and this was an honest mistake. Maaaaybe.
