Do you mean the MFF that was listed at the very top of the content warnings that you (apparently) skipped right over in your haste to complain? Seems a shitty thing to penalize a book (and author) because of your actions like this. Which, btw, is what you're doing by saying you "didn't realize" there would be MFF
My favorite thing about your review is that the author doesn’t think we know the hateful reply to your review is her on a fake account. She went on to dox and trash you on FB jsyk.
Hannah Parkes I don't have a fake account lol. I literally just got this one less than a month ago? So no, whoever commented under the name Amanda is definitely not me, nor did I 'trash' her review on Facebook. What I did do was most certainly point out where ample warnings were given about MFF, and in spite of that she moved forward with the read, and then gave me a zero rating once she was done. Matter of fact, I explicitly stated in my post that her and another reader still gave my book high praise.
Please refrain from embarrassing yourself further - I do have the ability to direct message readers (which I would do - professionally and politely) if there were actually a real problem here.
I'm in my right to use this situation as a learning opportunity for readers and authors alike.
Also, doxing means you reveal a person's identity, which I absolutely did not.
