Please fix author name punctuation and combine editions: The Kikiloa Chronicles > Likes and Comments

The paperback edition of my book is attached to an orphan author record ("Erik D Larson," no period) rather than to my author profile ("Erik D. Larson" with middle initial period). Please re-link the paperback to my existing profile (author ID 70084366, "Erik D. Larson") and combine the two editions as one work.

Two cautions: There is an active Giveaway on the paperback running through September 17, generating a large number of shelf adds, tied to the paperback book ID 253490308. Please don't disrupt that, i.e., combine the editions rather than deleting the paperback record. And the ebook has more reader reviews, so please make sure those are preserved.
