Exactly imagine if Rowling just stopped after Snape kills Dumbledore thats how this feels cruel and unfinished, i read that it's unlikely she will finish this so I won't bother reading her stuff in the future in case she does it again.... Such a shame as the book really was something great till the last part then it just ruined the whole series, making it feel pointless you ever rooted for any of the characters......
Please keep in mind that Sarah Fine has discussed writing further for this series. I get where you're coming from, I've read this series a few times, it's one of my absolute favorites, despite some of these reviews. I've also reached out to the author about continuing the series. She has been mostly focused on her other books, but there are 4 graphic novels that she has written all about Asa and Gracie. Hopefully then can feed you a little bit, I know it did for me. But I agree, always not enough. Please don't be disheartened, I believe she'll tie this up better than you think... eventually.
I read the Graphic novels.... And it didn't give me any closure... I would understand if the Author made a commitment on a fourth book to us, but as it stands this is it, it was 2016 Mosaic was released... we are 2019 and nothing seems to be in the works or even mentioned.... so for me my review stands..... If she ever writes a number 4 i may edit.
I understand that. And no, the graphic novels didn't provide closure. I saw them more as Asa's healing. His own special way of healing. I read into this too... Probably a little too much. But Sarah Fine wrote this series in 2015, which she claims was the hardest year of her life thus far. She blogged about it on her website. I think she may have abandoned it because she's come out of a dark place, but perhaps... Just maybe, she will. I'm not giving up hope. Haha I can't. I'm too addicted. I'm actually going to write some fanfic for this whole series, starting with the vacation that Asa claims to want at the end of book 2. I plan to send it to her (Sarah Fine) in hopes that she can be inspired..... Even if my writing is shit by comparison.
Haha thank you, but that wasn't my point. Hopefully I can put out some good enough content to get her Reliquary juices flowing again Haha

I've never read the series specifically because I can't stand getting into a story that never gets completed.
