I would like to combine the editions of my book to not show alternative covers/versions:

I would like for this version of the ebook to be shown as the primary listing and the Kindle Edition ebook: https://www.goodreads.com/book/show/2...

I would like this cover/version to be shown as the Independently Published Paperback: https://www.goodreads.com/book/show/2...

I would like for these two versions to be removed from the listing (with the ratings/reviews carried over to the versions listed above):

https://www.goodreads.com/book/show/2...

Therefore I would like only 2 versions of the book to show: the Kindle ebook and the Independently Published paperback.
