I did search by ASIN, and nothing came up. Also, I'm not sure my readers would know to search by that. Can they not just type my title in? I do that for the authors I review.
I'm not sure I know what you mean by not to request kindle edition. Can I only claim a paperback? The questionnaire didn't state that, unless I missed something.

Kindle editions are automatically added and are almost always here as soon as they appear on Amazon (U.S. site). We cannot add them manually.If you do not want to use the ISBN or ASIN then you will just have to wait several days (sometimes weeks) for the search to index the title and author.
Okay, I wasn't aware of that. My book is live on Amazon, so I just thought I needed to add it since it wasn't showing. I will keep checking back. Thank you for explaining.
