They have no way home, but one connection remains — impossibly, their mobile phones still connect them to a future travelling fifty times faster than the past.
The story follows three ordinary modern people trying to survive slavery, violence, power and the very different moral world of Ancient Rome. And they soon discover that the history they thought they knew doesn't always match the Rome in which they've landed.
It's adult time-travel/historical fiction, rather than a romance, and Book I of the Sex, Blood & Glory series.
