Thank you, Bo! I’ve been trying to track this one down for a while.

It was good, just different than I expected. Ahh, that’s disappointing about the last one.
Woah! Man your review gave me the chills! I read A LOT of gory crazy things but what triggers me is domestic abuse. Although those books are the hardest for me to read, for me they are relatable. Another fabulous review, Sara! And now I’m adding it! 💙😊

Thank you, Stacy! I’m the same way — I can read all kinds of horror, but it’s the real‑life themes that get to me. I truly admire your strength in being able to read stories that touch on those experiences. I made an update to specify it was emotional abuse (not physical), just in case that helps at all. Both are awful, and the line between them is never clean. But it does have a satisfying ending, which makes it easier to digest. ❤️
Drew was so awful and the claustrophobia of the isolation on the boat was written so well. Definitely a dark, heavy read. Terrific review, Sara💗

Thank you, Dutchie! I couldn’t agree more — the claustrophobia was so well done. I still need to check whether I’ve read anything else by him.
Great review, Sara. Drew sounds like a nasty piece of work. It sounds like a heavy but powerful read. 🖤✨
