Move disconnected book back to my author profile & help updating cover > Likes and Comments

Hello,
I am the author of the book Khadeem, and it used to be correctly connected to my current author profile. For some reason, it has become disconnected and is currently showing under my old pen name. Because of this database issue, I am unable to edit the book data myself.

Could a librarian please help me move the book back to my active profile so I can manage it?

The name has not been changed recently. Seems you have had 2 previous names, so I added that one too.
