Yay indeed! This is my third from this author, and they've all been good. Always nice to find an author that's reliably enjoyable. Thanks, Jamie :-)

Ian Payton Happy publication day!

Nancy (post-vacation catch up) This sounds really good! I already have three of her books on my TBR, but after reading your review, it looks like I’m adding a fourth.

I've now read Station Eleven and Sea of Tranquility in addition to this, and have The Glass Hotel on my TBR. I really like her writing style :-)

Jonas Brilliant review, Ian. Your description of this one as a story of love, loss, and surveillance is spot on! I also found the characters flawed, but also likeable and memorable. So glad it was a five star read for you, too!

Thanks very much, Jonas. Yes, I thought the characters were pitched very well - flawed but likeable/memorable, as you say.
