Great synopsis. Dale Carnegie or Earl Nightingale’s books are much better and far more practical, IMO. Also, I couldn’t find anything on the credentials of the authors, which is telling. For a book like this, it all might as well be hearsay if the authors aren’t credible or haven’t practiced what they preach.
