Goodreads book page appeared out of nowhere > Likes and Comments

This page appeared a few weeks ago out of nowhere with this 1 review on it? Where did this guy find this page? Did he create this page for his review? The review is good but why didn't it go on my main Goodreads page? Except for the review, I don't need this additional Goodreads page. It may confuse people if the stumble upon it.

It appeared out of Amazon in April, and you have worked on the record yourself in the past, so I am not sure why you are confused about it now.

I don't remember working on that one. It just appeared when the person left a review.
What I do know is that I have 5 Goodreads numbers for this book. But I only want 2. Here are the numbers I see:
