Man, I remember Skipp and Spector's books in the 80s. I should find a copy of Light at the End. I have a copy of The Long Last Call by John Skipp that takes place in a "backwoods" strip club. I can't remember anything in it, or even if I reviewed it on GR.
Nothing else I’ve read by Skipp & Spector has compared to Light at the End, though their Fright Night novelization was a lot of fun. I still need to get to some of their solo work.
