Thank you for this review. I am a breast cancer survivor and was really bothered by the way the diagnosis, symptoms, and treatment options were handled in this book. I wish it had been handled differently. There were some glaring medical inaccuracies and a lack of nuance about a disease that affects so many people. It also could have been an easy opportunity to do some good— a tiny bit of education about the importance of regular screenings! Or family history! for example— would have gone a long way and been some really impactful advocacy!
