Wonderful review, Debbie. I’ve only read a couple of Woolf’s short stories yet and your enthusiasm is a welcome reminder to read more of them, vividly recalling how mesmerized I was by ‘A haunted house’.

I’m so pleased you liked it Margo and it does read like a poem. I’m surprised the story is not more written about.
