Please combine author name and books > Likes and Comments

Please combine the following book listings. They are all the same book/edition. I don't know why it created three entries:

Once Upon A Mirror:

The main listings - https://www.goodreads.com/book/show/2...

The two other listings that need combined/merged

https://www.goodreads.com/book/show/2...
https://www.goodreads.com/book/show/2...

Also, please combine the author profiles and/or move the following books to the correct listing.

The correct Author Listing for C. M. Mason - https://www.goodreads.com/author/show...

The author listing for the other books that need merged/combined - https://www.goodreads.com/author/show...

The books that need moved over are:
