Ok, you can give her The Tranquility: The Burak is adult dark epic fantasy, with political intrigue, a tragic fall from grace, and a darker tone, so it's closer to Game of Thrones than to a typical YA fantasy
Just 102 page Sha.

Have her check out Megan Van Dyke. Specifically her fairy tale retelling books:📚 Second Star to the Left
📚 The Wicked Step Sister
📚The Alive Curse
A couple others that are good, but a little over 400 pages:📚Phantasma and Enchantra by Kaylie Smith
📚Under the Oak Tree by Suji Kim (can be triggering within the first few chapters)
A few others that I read and didn’t like, but other people love:
📚Butcher and Blackbird by Brynne Weaver
📚God of Malice by Rina Kent (just a warning that this one can be triggering for survivors of SA)
📚Phantom by Greer Rivers
Full disclosure, I wrote this. Releases Jan 10th 384 pages
Sadie’s whole life has been a lie.
After accidentally discovering she is a witch, Sadie is thrown into the secret world of The Coven.
When her sister’s life is threatened, Sadie is pulled into the deadly world where the supernatural live in secret amongst humans.
Sadie's blood is the key.
Caught between those determined to use her and those fighting to save the world, she becomes the centrepiece of a secret centuries in the making.
When enemies close in, Sadie must keep her identity hidden or risk losing everything; including the man she is falling for.
Check out this book!

Can anyone help with recommendations?
She is not a frequent reader, so she want something that's shorter than ACOTAR. She prefers 400 pages at max.
Thank you in advance🫶
