Hello Xavi, thank you for updating these. Sticky Success Strategies looks correct.Call Center Success still needs a small fix. It currently shows The Healthy Medical Call Center as #4 and Call Center Connections as #5. Could you please:
- Add The Profitable Answering Service (https://www.goodreads.com/book/show/2...) as #4
- Move The Healthy Medical Call Center to #5
I'm not asking to delete Call Center Connections. It was updated and republished as What Every Call Center Manager Needs to Know, so I'd only like it taken out of the Call Center Success series, if that's allowed. If a series link can't be removed, I understand. The numbering above is the important part.
