Two different authors with the same name – need to separate author profiles > Likes and Comments

Hi Goodreads Librarians,

I’m requesting help with two different authors who have the same name: Laura Stanciu.

There are currently two separate people with this name:

Incorrect author profile: https://www.goodreads.com/author/show...

Correct author’s Goodreads account: https://www.goodreads.com/user/show/1...

The existing author profile belongs to a different Laura Stanciu. However, one of the books currently listed on that profile was actually written by the Laura Stanciu associated with the second account.

Could you please:

Move the incorrectly attributed book from author profile 19064443 to the correct author profile / create a separate author profile for the correct Laura Stanciu; and

Make sure that future books by the correct Laura Stanciu are not automatically assigned to the existing author profile 19064443?

I’m also preparing to add another book written by the correct Laura Stanciu, so I would like to make sure the author profiles are properly separated before adding it.

I can provide the link of the incorrectly attributed book - https://www.goodreads.com/book/show/1... - as well as any other information needed to verify that these are two different authors.

Thank you for your help!
