I’m Christian Kang Bachini, author of the Haunting Skies series.
I would like to request replacement of the existing cover images for Books 1 and 2 with the new official artwork now displayed on Amazon. The previous designs are being permanently retired from my current editions; they are not designs I intend to continue offering and websites like Publisher Weekly and Booklife have already replaced the cover with the correct one.
For Book 2 specifically, the book has not yet been published and is currently available only for preorder. No copies in any format have been distributed with the old cover, and nobody will receive it: the book will launch exclusively with the new artwork. I am therefore requesting a prepublication cover update, rather than the creation of an alternate-cover edition, since the previous design will never have appeared on a published copy.
Could you please update the Kindle-edition covers to match Amazon and confirm whether direct replacement is also permitted for the other listings?
If a particular format requires a different process, please let me know before creating additional edition records.
