Karen, great review as always! Meanwhile, I’m still wondering what happened to the Serpents :( . You picked up book one, got my hopes up, and then shelved it. I’m starting to think you’re avoiding Blackthorn 👀 Love it or absolutely tear it apart, I can take it. I just need your verdict 😂

Yeah, I am going to read it, sooooooon, I hope. I am trying to finish up all my yearly challenges, so I sort of took a left turn on the books I had initially lined up. I have three FMC names/letters and 3 MMC names/letters to get through. I have actually found some really good books this year doing these challenges...and some really bad ones as well. But that's what we sign up for with these challenges I guess. They are fun, until I start stressing over getting them completed. Anyway, I will get back to this one. I have been keeping it up in the first 15 books I see when I open my Kindle so it doesn't get lost in the library graveyard. But if you don't see the reivew in a couple of weeks, call me out again...I might need another reset.😂
