You should be able to prove such a statement before asserting what is a falsehood. I am a professional graphic artist of over 25 years experience. I illustrate my own books (when I illustrate them) and design my own covers and storyboards. I have been doing so long before “AI” existed. If you visit my official website you will see plentiful examples of my original, hand-crafted artwork. Design programs used by ALL the major publishing companies to ADD FONT are utilized, but that has indeed been the ongoing industry standard. Do the homework and find out. But the cover image is MY design. By claiming otherwise, you ironically position yourself as an enemy of original art (and original writing) by rendering a “review” that is not a genuine review at all, but a smear based upon subjective opinion only, without proof. I realize it is trendy to embark upon AI “witch hunts” at this time, but is it really worth it to toss-off an unfounded accusation that essentially denies that some of us can and DO possess the talent to excel at both the craft of writing ~and~ illustrative design? With this mindset and activity, you become a denier of original talent. Somehow, I don’t think that’s what you aim for, if you appreciate books … but then again, people discriminate without genuine cause for all sorts of reasons in this turbulent era. You have asserted these things about all my recent books without knowing the fun history of my short story collection or how these tales came about. The “agenda” is questionable, to put matters mildly.
