Request to create new author profile for homonym + move my book > Likes and Comments

Hello Goodreads Librarians,

Please help, my book is listed under another author with the same name as me. I do NOT have a Goodreads author profile yet. Could you please create a separate profile for me and move my book to it?

My details:
Author Name: [Your Full Name - e.g. John A. Doe]
Book Title: [Your Book Title]
ISBN: [Your ISBN-13, e.g. 978-XXXX]
Book Link: [Paste Goodreads link to your book]
Amazon/KDP Link: [Paste Amazon link as proof]
Currently listed under wrong profile: [Paste link to the other author's profile]

Please create my profile as: [Your Full Name] - if that exists, you can create as [Your Full Name with middle initial] or [Your Full Name (2)]

And please assign my book to my new profile.

Thank you very much!

You're actually supposed to enter the information into that form for us.

Now another thread has been created so this can be considered closed.
