I'm 33 years old, and my book is not about UK-based hockey.
Thank you for your feedback, but I'm not sure whether your review is meant for my book or someone else's. Could you please check and consider removing the review if it is a mistake?
Also, if it is a mistake, would you mind messaging me which book it was that you read?
Ok, so obviously I was mistaken about your age! So maybe I don’t feel so bad any more. I was talking about uk *written* hockey romance authors, which I assumed you were, correct me if I’m wrong. I did read your book and I didn’t like it, obviously. I’m allowed to state that. And I genuinely don’t think you should be publishing books that are such low quality. Looking at your other reviews, multiple other reviewers are saying the exact same things. Take on the points and try to improve. I tend to be forthright with my opinions. A lot of people are on here. What isn’t cool is authors going onto TikTok and calling reviewers out for their reviews. Yes, I saw that. I’m glad you received a backlash because that’s weird behaviour. I’ve had to set my account on here to private as a result. You may be 33 but you really need to grow up.

My advice: get some good beta readers in future and never let anyone who beta read this book near anything you write again. And maybe consider a creative writing course? And brushing up on punctuation and grammar basics.
